Decoct - Apply

Decoct is to extract the essence from (something) by heating or boiling it and then Applying on the treatment area.

Decoction is a method of extraction by boiling herbal or plant material to dissolve the chemicals of the material (normally Raw Herbs), which may include stems, roots, bark and rhizomes. And then Apply the extracted dissolved essence on the treatment area.
